Rouvinez is a family business since its foundation in 1947. The vineyards are spread over several estates in twelve places between the towns of Fully and Leuk. This multiplicity of land gives the Rouvinez estate the possibility to combine varieties and soils having particular geological features. The work in the vineyards plays an important role in the quality of the wine and the estate is particularly sensitive to environmental and ecological issues as well as the maturity of the grapes.
